Charles Burnex is a French contemporary artist based in Paris. A graduate of École Boulle, he works across painting, ceramics, metal sculpture, drawing, and textile. Drawing from mythology, fantasy, and urban culture, he constructs a vibrant visual world full of contrasts. Through playful experimentation with materials and symbols, Burnex explores the boundaries between the real and the imaginary.. His work, first seen in the streets of Paris, has since entered private collections and galleries across Europe. Recent exhibitions include Les Rêves du Gardien in Venice and Joies d’Artistes - Homenatge an Elsa Peretti in Barcelona, alongside works by Picasso and Miró.
