Crotti

Manu Crotti lives and works between Crema and Ibiza. Artist and designer, she has been represented by Galleria Rossana Orlandi in Milan since 2008. A pioneer in the creative use of resin, a material initially used only in the industrial field, she has transformed it into an expressive medium for material collages, sculptures and three-dimensional works.
Her work is characterized by a strong research on matter and stratification, where each element is charged with emotional value.
In 2017 she was selected for the exhibition “W. Women in Italia Design” at the Triennale di Milano, where her language was defined as an example of “emotional design”.
In 2025, during the Milan Design Week, she presented the collection “Experimentando la terra rossa di Ibiza” at Galleria Rossana Orlandi, entirely made with clay, resin and natural elements collected on the island.
A project that represents a significant evolution in her career, leading her to also explore ceramics as a new expressive language.
At Can Art Ibiza, Manu Crotti presents for the first time a selection of works made entirely of terracotta. These sculptures, born from direct contact with the earth and modeled through a primordial and intuitive gesture, tell a silent but powerful dialogue between matter, landscape and memory. Each piece is unique, marked by the time of processing and that of the earth itself, and invites the viewer to enter a profound sensorial dimension, where the artistic gesture becomes a ritual.
