Linde Freya Tangelder is a Dutch designer and artist working at the intersection of functional design and sculpture. As the founder of Destroyers/Builders, her practice focuses on exploring materials, textures, and architectural forms, constantly seeking a dialogue between the crafted and the industrial.

Inspired by Brutalist architecture, historical references, and traditional production techniques, Linde Freya creates pieces that are both tactile and emotional. Her work spans furniture, sculptural objects, and limited editions, imbued with a poetic sensibility and quiet strength.

Her pieces have been exhibited at international design fairs such as Design Miami/Basel, and are part of several private and institutional collections. She has collaborated with respected galleries including Valerie Traan (Belgium) and Carwan Gallery (Greece).
