When is CAN Art Fair Madrid held?

March 5–8, 2026

 

What are the opening and closing times of the fair?

Friday, March 6: 12 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday, March 7: 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Sunday, March 8: 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.

 

 

How can I get a ticket to the fair?

You can purchase them through our website or directly at the fair entrance.

Tickets are not yet available. Stay tuned to our social media channels and announcements to find out when they become available for sale.

Does children also pay at CAN Art Fair Madrid?

Children aged 12 and under will be admitted free of charge, provided they are accompanied by an adult with a ticket.

There is group discounts available?

No.

What types of cards and payments are accepted?

Card payment: Visa, Mastercard, Revolut, ApplePay, GooglePay. Most digital and card payment methods except American Express.

Can I access the fair with the ARCO VIP Pass?

Yes, as long as it is VIP accreditation. Press access is not valid.

How can I get to the fair?

Metro: Legazpi (lines 3 and 6)

EMT buses: 6, 8, 18, 19, 45, 78, and 148

Commuter trains: Embajadores (nearest, 0.8 miles) and Pirámides

Taxi rank: Plaza de Legazpi

 

Accessibility

Attached to Royal Decree 193/2023, of March 21, regulating the basic conditions of accessibility and non-discrimination for persons with disabilities in accessing and using goods and services available to the public.

 

Are dogs allowed inside the tent?

Yes, but they must be small enough to be carried in the arms, or medium-sized dogs that constitute a necessity for accessibility and adaptation for the visitor, falling within the category of assistance dogs stipulated by law.

 

Can I bring food and drinks into the fair?

Access with beverages is limited exclusively to bottled water with caps, while all other beverages must be purchased inside the tent. Food will only be allowed if it remains sealed at all times until it reaches the designated consumption area.

 

Is there a cloakroom?

No, the garment must always be worn carefully so as not to damage the works and for the comfort of all visitors.

What items am I not allowed to bring into the fair?

For safety reasons and to ensure an optimal experience for all attendees and exhibitors, the following items will not be permitted:

- Large or bulky items such as suitcases: to avoid obstructing the aisles and ensure the comfort of all visitors.

- Dangerous items: such as weapons, fireworks, flammable substances, or any other material that may pose a safety risk.

How can I get a taxi that picks me up as close as possible to the fair?

Permanent taxi rank: Plaza de Legazpi or the main entrance to the Matadero Madrid complex.
